Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak activity periods
