Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Must report to work on time with a positive attitude
- Must be attentive and able to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills including asking for clarification
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written

- Ability to work varied hours and days
- Completion of ServSafe Food Handler training
Job Duties
- Preparing high-quality food items using grilling, steaming, and frying methods
- Following company recipe and presentation guidelines
- Coordinating food orders for timely delivery
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
- Meeting special customer requests while maintaining quality
- Setting up the kitchen before service
- Preparing, portioning, and stocking food items
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean kitchen, restrooms, and parking lot area
- Checking-in deliveries and managing inventory
- Reporting to work on time in a neat and clean uniform
- Adhering to company policies and attending required meetings
