Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- Clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified amounts and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Replace or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
