Job Duties
- Prepares food for patients and cafeteria customers following assigned production schedules and standardized recipes
- Maintains sanitation and safety of work area
- Maintains and ensures food safety
- Maintains safe work environment
- Uses approved cooking methods to prepare quality foods for patients and retail customers to achieve customer satisfaction
- Participates in meetings with customers and responds efficiently to customer service requests
- Performs additional duties as assigned
