Job Duties

  • Prepares food for patients and cafeteria customers following assigned production schedules and standardized recipes
  • Maintains sanitation and safety of work area
  • Maintains and ensures food safety
  • Maintains safe work environment
  • Uses approved cooking methods to prepare quality foods for patients and retail customers to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Participates in meetings with customers and responds efficiently to customer service requests
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
