Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail
  • ability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking experience preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified amounts, and portion control systems
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
