Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time with variable days and hours
- Ability to follow federal, state, and corporate food safety policies
- Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and follow safety protocols
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to attend training and safety meetings
- Compliance with company drug-free workplace policy

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serve meals using correct portioning and ensure food is at the correct temperature
- Use established ticket collection procedures during service
- Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
- Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
- Attend in-service and safety meetings
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers
- Perform duties safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Comply with company policies on safety equipment use and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
