Job Duties

Assist the Sous Chef with the event's preparation and execution
Manage kitchen operations during events ensuring high food quality and presentation
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Support menu preparation and contribute creative input to dishes
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in inventory management and supplies ordering
