Job Requirements
- food handlers card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols
- capability to maintain cleanliness and organize workstation
- ability to work flexible schedules
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation and maintenance

Job Duties
- work all stations on a fast-paced line
- set up and stock product for assigned cooking stations
- cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- ensure only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used
- follow recipe adherence strictly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitize equipment, utensils, and tools
- follow food safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
- maintain organized workstation
- alert chef team of any product, equipment, or food safety concerns
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment maintenance
- provide guest-focused service and multitask effectively
- communicate basic English or Spanish skills
- build trusting and respectful relationships with teammates
