Job Requirements
- must be 17 years of age or older
- ability to follow directions
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- knowledge of health department standards
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of food preparation and production for volume restaurant
- ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures
- ability to work well in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- proficiency with weights measures and math skills
- ability to perform multiple functions simultaneously
- effective verbal communication skills
- knowledge of health standards and ability to comply with health regulations
Job Duties
- cook meats fish vegetables soups and other hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items and prepare appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates
- follow recipes and replicate food production procedures
- adhere to meal preparation and serving time schedules
- communicate effectively with team members and the public
- comply with health department and governmental agency regulations
