Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • work various kitchen stations including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, and dessert station
  • prepare high quality, all-natural food items according to Birdcall standards
  • expedite and expo food orders to ensure timely delivery to guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with team members to support a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • assist with inventory management and kitchen setup
