Job Duties
- work various kitchen stations including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, breading, line cook, and dessert station
- prepare high quality, all-natural food items according to Birdcall standards
- expedite and expo food orders to ensure timely delivery to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team members to support a fast-paced kitchen environment
- assist with inventory management and kitchen setup
