Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent of GED
  • One year experience following standard recipes
  • Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
  • Maintain state food certifications as applicable
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry 60 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for eight hours
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach
  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Must pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • Display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times

Job Qualifications

  • One year experience following standard recipes
  • Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent of GED
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Maintain state food certifications as applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
  • Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments

Job Duties

  • Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere
  • Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day
  • Maintain safety and security practices
  • Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service
  • Maintain certification from a brand approved responsible vendor training program
  • Perform other duties as assigned that the associate is capable of performing when staffing necessitates
