Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience in a fast-paced, full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with ability to execute flawless dishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to adapt to the evolving food service industry

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch following seasonal menus
  • Ensure quality and presentation standards are met for all dishes
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Interact warmly with residents and guests, building personal connections
  • Manage time effectively to deliver dishes promptly
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
