Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
  • Familiarity with large production volume cooking
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking specifications accurately
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Energetic and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Strong communication skills to report and coordinate with management

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume
  • Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times
  • A fulltime cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field a plus
  • Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe
  • Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO & CO standard
  • Lead by example, preparing and cooking dishes
  • Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines
  • Maintain work areas clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
