Job Requirements
- Maintain state food certifications as applicable
- Pass security clearance per company policy
- Ability to stand for eight hours and lift or carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to bend, stretch, and reach
- Speak and read English
- Display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
- Follow guidelines, recipes, and maintain required logs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Associate's degree preferred
- One year experience following standard recipes
- Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
- Maintain state food certifications as applicable
- Ability to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
Job Duties
- Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere
- Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day
- Maintain safety and security practices with thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
- Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service
- Maintain certification from a brand approved responsible vendor training program
- Perform additional duties as assigned within capability
- Promote products to increase exposure and sales
