Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- able to effectively communicate with others
- committed to making an impact
- able to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- capable of working in hot and damp environments
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shifts
- regularly wash hands with disinfecting soap
- possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- capable of working in a fast-paced setting
- strong attention to hygiene and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cooking stations
- communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- follow health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear
- lift and move kitchen supplies safely
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- assist with inventory and stock management as needed
