Job Duties

  • Properly store and dispose of food
  • Ensure health and sanitation standards are in compliance with regulations
  • Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff team members
  • Aid culinary team in garnishing and plating of dishes
  • Help clean and organize the kitchen
  • Manage scheduling and food inventory
