- Food Handlers Card certification
- Up to one year of cook experience
- Experience in food service
- Ability to work rotating shifts including day and evening hours
- Willingness to work every other weekend
- Compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare all hot foods for patient trayline caf, and functions including entrees vegetables starches and bakery items
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist in meal preparation and plating
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Collaborate with food service team to meet patient dietary requirements
- Adhere to rotating shift schedules including day and evening shifts and every other weekend
