Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a scratch kitchen
  • Ability to follow recipes including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Prior experience in food preparation in a scratch kitchen
  • Must be able to follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
  • Ability to read and speak English

  • High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh
  • Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly
  • Following recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
  • Following prep lists
  • Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
  • Preparing ingredients for cooking by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
  • Operating equipment following safety standards
