Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a scratch kitchen
- Ability to follow recipes including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh
- Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly
- Following recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Following prep lists
- Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Preparing ingredients for cooking by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
- Operating equipment following safety standards
