Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience in a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, and PPE usage as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and efficiently
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch in a full-service kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
