Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Willingness to learn and follow recipe procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking various dishes according to recipe procedures
- Using different methods of food preparation and operating kitchen equipment
- Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Ensuring the highest quality food is prepared
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assisting in inventory and food storage as needed
