Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with Oakmont Management Group's COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination, daily screening, and use of PPE as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to prepare and execute recipes flawlessly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work well in team-oriented environments

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch following seasonal and local ingredient menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Collaborate with culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences
  • Communicate effectively with staff and residents in a friendly manner
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are strictly followed
  • Manage time efficiently to deliver meals promptly
  • Participate in ongoing learning and adaptation to new culinary techniques and industry trends
