Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume
- Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times
- Energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preferably with large production volume
- Knowledge of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times
- A fulltime cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field a plus
- Must have flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook items according to specification or recipe
- Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO & CO standard
- Lead by example, preparing and cooking dishes
- Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines
- Maintain work areas clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
