Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
- Ability to follow detailed recipe instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
- Preparing a variety of food using different methods of preparation and kitchen equipment
- Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Assisting with inventory management and food storage
- Supporting other kitchen staff during busy service periods
