Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
  • Ability to follow detailed recipe instructions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • Preparing a variety of food using different methods of preparation and kitchen equipment
  • Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Assisting with inventory management and food storage
  • Supporting other kitchen staff during busy service periods
