Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Must comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
Good physical stamina for kitchen activities
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in a similar cooking or food service role preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen equipment

Job Duties

Prepare meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
Monitor food quality and safety to ensure compliance with health regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
Assist in inventory management and ordering food supplies
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service to residents
Adapt menus and meals to accommodate special dietary needs
Ensure timely meal service and presentation
