Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- Ability to follow workplace safety, food safety, HACCP, and internal audit guidelines daily
- Capability to work standing for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines
- Must comply with dress code and attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques
- Ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment including slicers, mixers, food processors, blenders, and choppers
- Familiarity with food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Strong adherence to workplace safety policies
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Clock in and out for workday and breaks
- Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with Guckenheimer and client standards
- Utilize food preparation procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations
- Apply basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by work assignment
- Execute NetMenu recipe preparation of food items as directed
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following Guckenheimer and government regulatory rules
- Notify management of ingredient discrepancies, food or equipment safety issues
- Attend all scheduled meetings
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
