Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Cook preferred
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and stations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
  • A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared on time and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently
