Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a Cook preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and stations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared on time and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently
