Job Duties

- Utilize an array of healthy, high-end ingredients to optimize nutrition
- Accommodate specific dietary needs and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure proper food handling, storage and safety protocols and regulations are followed
- Collaborate with team members to improve menu offerings and dining services
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
