Job Requirements
- valid food handler permit or servsafe certification by first day of work
- minimum of one year cooking experience preferred
- ability to read and communicate in english
- capable of working independently and collaboratively
- familiarity with safe food handling practices
- knowledge of workflow management and prioritization
- strong customer service skills preferred
- ability to prepare special diet meals preferred
- experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred

Job Duties
- prepares and cooks food
- serves customers
- completes other duties as assigned
- follows recipes and instructions in food preparation
- prepares bulk food items and large scale production
- maintains organized and sanitary work environment
- rotates products and maintains proper quantities
- interacts with customers in catering, retail, or patient care
- delivers patient meals
- performs cashier duties
- stocks supplies
- operates automatic and manual ware-washing machines
