Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • assist in the preparation of ingredients including chopping, marinating, and portioning
  • ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands and guest expectations
  • maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure flavor and presentation meet resort standards
  • collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and specials, providing input on new dishes
  • assist with inventory management including receiving and storing food products and reporting any shortages
  • support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
  • participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere
