Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of quantity food preparation experience required
- previous restaurant or acute care hospital foodservice experience
- ability to follow standardized recipes and HACCP standards
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment safely
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Accurately receive and store requisitioned items
- follow standardized recipes according to HACCP standards
- produce all production items and deliver to designated areas in a timely manner
- operate and clean equipment safely and hygienically
- effectively utilize leftovers to minimize waste
- be punctual and maintain attendance
- follow company policies, procedures and directives
- interact positively and constructively with team members
- prioritize and multitask to meet operational demands
