- valid government issued identification
- willing to obtain food handler card for Riverside County
- availability to work varying schedules including weekends
- ability to read and speak English
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties

- familiar with regulatory logs and food safety protocols
Job Duties
- food preparation for both patient dining and retail service
- must have or be willing to obtain food handler card for Riverside County
- understand and populate all regulatory logs including tracking food temperatures and time temperature control requirements
- follow food safety standards including cool down procedures and preventing cross contamination
- read and execute standardized recipes
- regularly check and restock food and beverage supplies in storage areas and kitchenettes
- operate dishwashing equipment and maintain clean and organized dishwashing area
- assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
