Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
