- Vocational or technical training in food production preferred
- Two years of experience in restaurant or institutional food service preferred
- Ability to follow supervisory instructions
- Capability to maintain food safety protocols
- Good physical stamina

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas
- Follow established nutritional and production guidelines
