- Ability to work during inclement weather

Job Duties
- Clean, cut, and cook food items according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served
- Clean and inspect gallery equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation
- Apportion and serve food to patients, employees, and patrons
- Collaborate with other cooks and food prep techs under supervision
- Follow safety and hygiene standards in food preparation
- Work rotating weekends and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned
