Job Duties
- Follows written recipes to prepare high quality and nutritious menu options
- Assists in developing menus and preparing special meals following daily prep lists
- Helps Dining Director and Executive Chef with inventory management and ordering
- Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment including cleaning equipment and dishes
- Assists with various cooking methods such as baking, frying, cold salad preparation, sautéing, and short order cooking
- Provides a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
- Supports team members and accommodates resident preferences
