Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant cooking experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with safety procedures in a cafeteria or large volume production facility
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of kitchen work

Job Duties
- Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening and closing checklists daily
- Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Safely use various kitchen utensils and operate equipment like ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers
- Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, policies, and procedures
- Handle, store, label, and rotate products properly in line with state laws
- Stock and maintain sufficient food levels at line stations for smooth serving
- Prepare ingredients, manage assigned station, and produce dishes in a timely manner
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Multi-task effectively in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
