Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate clearly with others
- physical ability to stand for up to 4 hours
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- willing to work in a hot and damp environment
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- commitment to making a positive impact
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant kitchen is advantageous but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure
- team player with a positive attitude
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to Applebee's standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- support other kitchen staff as needed
