Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work with attention to detail and multitask in a team setting
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, quantities and specifications, maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
