Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work with attention to detail and multitask in a team setting

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good physical stamina to stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, quantities and specifications, maintaining portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
