Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with others
- Be committed to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours at a time
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing

- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
- Safely operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adapt to flexible work schedules and contribute to a positive work environment
- Follow health and safety protocols including the use of protective gear and frequent handwashing
