Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Be committed to making an impact
  • Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours at a time
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work in hot and damp environments
  • Ability to follow health and safety procedures including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to Applebee's recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Follow health and safety protocols including the use of protective gear and frequent handwashing
