Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- Ability to wear protective equipment and maintain hygiene standards throughout the shift
- Commitment to following safety and cleaning protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work area
- Follow safety protocols including wearing protective gear and handling cleaning supplies
- Lift and handle food and equipment safely up to 50 pounds
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and hot environment
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
