Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- one to two years' experience or training in-house at a similar restaurant or concept
- courage to demonstrate knowledge of and certification within 180 days in local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation laws
- adherence to Triple Shift Entertainment knife handling policy
- proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow recipes including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
- operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- present, garnish, and arrange final dishes
- occasionally serve food
- maintain a clean and safe work area including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
- handle and store ingredients and food
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- execute opening and closing procedures
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- monitor station inventory levels
- accommodate guests' special requests
- understand proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment
- communicate effectively and professionally
- take direction and work in a team environment
- work calmly and effectively under pressure
- use problem solving and organizational skills
- stand and exert fast paced mobility for entire shift
- transport up to 50 lbs
- work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- climb, stretch, and reach as needed for cleaning
- perform other duties as assigned
