Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • one to two years' experience or training in-house at a similar restaurant or concept
  • courage to demonstrate knowledge of and certification within 180 days in local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation laws
  • adherence to Triple Shift Entertainment knife handling policy
  • proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
  • operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
  • present, garnish, and arrange final dishes
  • occasionally serve food
  • maintain a clean and safe work area including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
  • handle and store ingredients and food
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • execute opening and closing procedures
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • monitor station inventory levels
  • accommodate guests' special requests
  • understand proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment
  • communicate effectively and professionally
  • take direction and work in a team environment
  • work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • use problem solving and organizational skills
  • stand and exert fast paced mobility for entire shift
  • transport up to 50 lbs
  • work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • climb, stretch, and reach as needed for cleaning
  • perform other duties as assigned
