Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate clearly with others
  • willingness to work flexible schedules
  • ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours at a time
  • capability to safely bend, stoop, and lift
  • comfortable working in hot and damp environments
  • ability to wear protective coverings and follow hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior cooking or kitchen experience is a plus
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • commitment to maintaining food safety standards
  • physical ability to meet job demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment safely
  • wear protective gear such as gloves and masks throughout shifts
  • follow disinfecting and hygiene protocols consistently
