Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years old to be hired
  • 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet any other state qualifications
  • Ability to stand or walk 100% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work at a high pace under pressure while maintaining quality and speed standards
  • Successful completion of hourly position validations including reading training materials and watching videos
  • Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain quality and speed
  • Must be at least 16 years old to be hired, 18 years old to operate specific kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to our standards of quality, consistency and time lines
  • Ensure compliance with all health codes and requirements
  • Maintain stocking (re-stocking), cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards
  • Operate equipment safely determined by position and OSHA regulations
  • Respond to additional customer requests by preparing orders to their specifications
  • Maintain food storage, receiving, stocking & rotating
