Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with others
- able to remain stationary and stand for long periods up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- able to work in hot and damp environments
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift
- physically capable of performing cleaning tasks
- committed to making a positive impact
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- wear protective gear including hand coverings and face masks
- wash hands frequently and use disinfecting supplies throughout shift
