Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- physical ability to stand and perform well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- capacity to work in hot and damp environments
- willingness to wear protective gloves and face coverings during shifts
- frequent handwashing with disinfectant soap
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cooking or kitchen experience is an asset but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
