Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Commitment to making an impact
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Capability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- Comfortable working in hot and humid environments
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings
- Willingness to use disinfecting cleaning supplies
- Must frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items following Applebee's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations
- Manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Wear protective gear and follow safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and development
