Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently
- must adhere to hygiene and uniform standards at all times
- experience in healthcare, hospital, or skilled nursing facility preferred
- must be reliable and responsible
- must be a team player with a positive attitude
- passion for working with the elderly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- ServSafe certification preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- experience in a healthcare, hospital, or skilled nursing facility preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu, dietary restrictions, and standardized recipes
- ensure meals are visually appealing and served at proper temperatures
- maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and cleanliness in food preparation areas
- assist with food preparation for special events or facility-wide functions
- use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- monitor food inventory and report shortages to the supervisor
- follow all food safety and infection control procedures
- collaborate with dietary staff to ensure a smooth workflow
