Job Duties
- Work well in a fast-paced environment maintaining good working relationships with all employees

- Handle knives appropriately with a high degree of safety awareness
- Wear food-handling gloves and cutting gloves
- Make independent decisions about food quality and food standards
- Maintain high personal hygiene and follow health department regulations
- Follow health department food handling regulations and other requirements
- Wear proper uniform
- Stand in one place for long periods of time
- Work in a slightly smoky environment
- Lift up to 70 pounds without assistance onto a utility cart
- Communicate with front-of-house staff
