Job Duties
- Ensure kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and sent out together by directing servers and food runners to deliver and complete the orders
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace that is organized with no unnecessary steps
- Ensure proper presentation of each plate and appropriate temperature adherence to recipes
- Maintain the kitchen and all equipment in a like-new condition by practicing clean as you go
- Ensure productivity by balancing quality and quantity of work completed in specific time periods
- Organize and stock supplies before rush periods
- Coordinate effectively to anticipate and manage kitchen workflow
