Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for periods up to four hours
- Capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort with working in hot and damp environments
- Ability to follow safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food preparation role is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed recipe instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Physical ability to handle tasks requiring stamina and manual dexterity
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
